Q: Do you provide exchanges or refunds?

A: We do offer refunds and exchanges subject to size availability. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.

 

Q: Where is your swimwear made?

A: Our bathers are hand made in Cidade Baixa, Brazil.

 

Q: When can I expect my pre-order?

A: Any pre-order purchases for the Odella Collection will be shipping out October 1, 2021.

 

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: All orders will be shipped within 24 of purchase.

 

Q: How to choose the correct size?

A: We offer sizes 6-20 for the entire collection. Our Sizing Chart provides exact measurements.

*Marissa Set: If you are in-between sizes, we recommend going down for a better fit in the sleeve area.

 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: For Australians, standard shipping is $10 and express $15. Free shipping for orders over $250. Check out our Shipping Policy for further information.

 

Q: How do I care for my swimsuit?

A: For a prolonged lifespan of your swimsuit, we suggest hand rinsing in cold water and laying them in shade to dry. Please check out our Care Instructions page for further information. 

 

Q: What do I do if I’m in a rush to receive my order?

A: We recommend selecting ‘express shipping’ at our checkout section. However, if you require the swimwear sooner, please send us an email at info.mooshkaswim@gmail.com before placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
